Scaevola aemula ‘Purple Fanfare’ – fan flower
APPEARANCE: Compact native ground cover with rings of large purple-blue fan shaped flowers spring through summer. Establishes quickly and won’t take over the garden. Grows lower and wider than Mauve Clusters, with larger flowers.
USE IN: Cottage style gardens, rockeries and hanging baskets, mass groundcover, underplanting.
LOCATION: Plant in full sun to maximise flowering. Prefers well drained soil, protect from frost.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune as required to maintain tidy growth. Tolerates dry conditions.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 10cm H x 1m W.
